Hope House Children's Hospices needs to raise around £4.000.000 each year to care for terminally ill children and their families. We help to look after children in their homes or in our two Hospices Hope House in Oswestry and Ty Gobaith in Conwy, and we provide counselling and support to their parents, carers, brothers and sisters. Our bereavement counselling is also available to families in the wider community suffering the sudden death of a child. We are here for each and every family for as long as it takes.
